Approach
Neither soft nor harsh: just right.
Coaching isn't a wellness session where you sit back and receive. It's movement: you shake things up a little, you move forward — and you are the one moving. My job is to make the next step obvious.
How a workshop works
Four stages, every time.
Whether the workshop lasts an hour or a day, online or in a room, it follows the same path: it puts everyone at ease, then leads to action.
On your own
Individual reflection, in writing, with your camera off if you prefer. Everyone prepares what they want to say, so even the most introverted feel comfortable from the very first minute.
In pairs
You share with a partner. It's also the one-to-one format every manager needs to master.
In threes or fours
You build ideas together in a small group: each person's thinking feeds the others'.
Back to you: the small step
What is your current challenge? What tiny step, one you're sure to succeed at, brings you closer to it? Will you commit to taking it? And when? Ideally from 2 pm, as soon as you're back at the office.

« Nobody steps onto a wobbly stone to cross a stream. You look for solid footing. »Why small steps
